Suree Borisuitsawat

Suree has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions with multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, finance, and retail industry. It includes a regional position in which she oversaw Six Sigma projects in SEA (Southeast Asia).  She spent 9 years in a consulting firm, serving both government and private sector, where she worked closely with CEO, MD, or business owner around strategy planning and execution, and leading change.


In the last 10 years, as a systemics practitioner, Suree has been promoting and expanding systemics in Thailand through facilitating workshops for strategy planning, complex problem solving, or collaboration improvement.


Under Suree’s leadership, utilizing a systemics approach, the level of collaboration and performance increased in government units at the Department of Special Investigation, Thailand Institute of Justice, Department of Medical Service, Department of Medical Science, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation.  


Suree also helps private organizations faced with complex problems during organizational transformation by utilizing systemics tools and methodology engaging stakeholders, clarifying higher purpose, and connecting the functions to work collaboratively.  


Prof. Bruce McKenzie founded Systemic Development Associates in Australia, operating as Be Systemics, over 20 years ago, and co-founded Future Insight Maps in California. Suree set up Future Insight Maps Asia company in Thailand.  Suree is a team member of this network and works closely with Prof. Bruce McKenzie and Magali Goirand at Be Systemics, to exchange perspectives on all projects conducted in Thailand.


She holds a bachelor’s degree of pharmacy and a master’s degree in business information systems.  She is a systemics practitioner, WindTunneling facilitator, ICF – Professional Certified Coach, and NLP practitioner.
