What we do
Members of the SDA team can work with you to audit your organisation to identify the touch-points within your planned transformation that will benefit from the Systemics approach.
Whether in person or online, SDA trains key members of your business, who will carry out the transformation, on how to facilitate the Systemics approach at the places and times they are needed.
Coaching/Mentoring key staff members in the transformation process through supporting their efforts with real everyday issues. Coaching is the quickest and most reliable way to accumulate the experience and confidence required to manage the uncertainties associated with any transformation. Coaching has the flexibility to respond rapidly to the ever-changing environment facing key personnel.
Our activities are guided by three sets of systemics principles: cultural, scoping and design principles.
