How prepared are you for weathering uncertain times?
Doing business in times of high uncertainty is challenging. From our research using systemics and systems thinking, we extracted strategies focussing on employees, clients, partners and structure, and developed a gap finder to help assess your level of preparedness for navigating uncertainty.
From our research data, and strategies, we created a tool to assess the capacity of an organization to navigate uncertainty. It is a multi-dimensional assessment taken by members of the organization whose number and function are representative of the organization.
Based on the results, an organization can identify the strategies to focus on immediately, and in the longer term.
